What’s Not Covered:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care (e.g., bending, scratching, or exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine, perfume, or cleaning agents).
Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or gradual tarnishing.
Purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers.
